How many sessions will I need?

This depends on the condition. After an initial assessment we give a personalised estimate typically 3–12 sessions for most musculoskeletal problems.

Is Panchakarma safe?

Yes. Panchakarma is conducted under physician supervision with appropriate pre-assessment and follow-up care.
